Dr. Joni Prasetyo is researcher of the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology Center for Bioindustrial Technology (BPPT, Indonesia). BPPT is also the Indonesia Chapter of the APEC Research Center for Advanced Biohydrogen Technology (ACABT). Therefore, besides Dr. Joni Prasetyo’s speech on Mar. 29, 2017, this is also a mutual interaction between ACABT and the Indonesia Chapter.
The title of his speech is “Current Development of Biomass Industry in Indonesia: The Potential of Renewable Fuels”. Dr. Dwi Susilaningsih introduced the role of BPPT, then reviewed Indonesian energy condition, and further interpreted strategic option on alternative fuels and innovation on Biomass based fuels.
